A Few Kind Words Go a Long Way

At Double Image Photography we pride ourselves on being a customer oriented business – we read every comment and wholeheartedly appreciate all feedback regarding our services. We were delighted to hear some kind words from a customer after a recent portrait session and thought we would share them with you now (nothing like spreading the joy!):

Can only say hugely positive things about the quality of service we received from Double Image. We booked a family portrait session (x2 adults, x3 kids 10 and under) and when I made the booking Philippa was really helpful, offering advice and suggestions and willing to be flexible to make sure we got precisely what we wanted. On the day itself the studio was all set-up and good to go and was really good fun – the kids were kept engaged and entertained and the atmosphere was just so positive and friendly. When we returned for the photo viewing, again the studio was set-up just right and not only was Philippa again very helpful and generous with her advice, but the various frames and canvasses were displayed so that we could get a feel for the end product. Philippa kept us informed on the progress of the order and when we collected (earlier than forecast) we were so pleased with the end results – a professional family portrait is something we’d been meaning to do for a long time but for whatever reason hadn’t gotten round to organising. You have to be realistic with the price of course but it has been well worth it and now we have several superb quality prints proudly on display in our home. "Philippa is so much fun to work with during photo shoots. We have two uncontrollable children and she has been able to capture their energy with the camera for some fun photos.
